The People Behind the Care

At Eternal Hope, we believe that healing happens in relationship — and it starts with the people you meet the moment you walk through our doors. As a trusted detox center in Los Angeles County, we’re proud to have a team of clinicians, counselors, and support staff who embody the heart of our mission: to provide evidence-based care delivered with dignity, empathy, and unwavering respect.

Our staff brings together years of professional experience in addiction medicine, trauma-informed therapy, and holistic healing — while also honoring the spiritual and personal values of every individual we serve. Whether guiding you through the first day of detox or walking beside you through the deeper work of healing, each member of our team is here to support you with clarity, compassion, and clinical excellence.

Natanya Ross has spent nearly twenty years in the mental health and addiction treatment field, bringing a rare blend of operational expertise, trauma-informed leadership, and deeply lived experience to every organization she touches. Over the course of her career, Natanya has served as a Program Director, Operations Director, Director of Business Development, and Chief Marketing Officer, helping build, refine, and scale treatment programs across Southern California. Her leadership is marked by a focus on integrity, clinical alignment, elevating the voices of both clients and staff, and the principle of kindness in knowing how to relate with an addict in the depths of hopelessness.

Natanya is currently the President and CEO of WAAT (Women’s Association of Addiction Treatment), a national nonprofit dedicated to supporting and advancing women in behavioral health. Under her leadership, WAAT has expanded its educational programming, strengthened its advocacy efforts, and fostered a community where women across the industry can grow, connect, and lead.

While she began her professional life as an actress in the 1990s, Natanya’s purpose and impact emerge most vividly in her work within mental health, addiction treatment, and community.

Now the Chief Marketing Officer at Eternal Hope, Natanya continues in her pursuit to be a voice for the voiceless. She resides in Los Angeles with her boyfriend and their dog, Lucy.
